If you’re unavailable to take on new jobs — whether for travel, family matters, or holidays — you can set your account to “Away” in the Proof mobile app. This will prevent new jobs from being offered to you while you’re unavailable.
🛠 How to Set Your Status to “Away”
Open the Proof mobile app
Tap the account status icon in the top-left corner of the screen
Select “Away” to indicate that you’re currently unavailable
When you’re ready to resume serving, switch your status back to “Active”
📌 Important Notes
Setting yourself to Away only stops new job offers — it does not remove any currently active jobs from your queue
If you need an active job removed, you must request that it be re-dispatched via the Job Chat with the assigned Proof Specialist
