How do I set my status as 'Away'?

Going out of town? Have a family emergency? Taking time off for holidays? Proof makes it easy for you to set yourself to a temporary ‘Away’ status so that new jobs aren’t offered to you, and you can focus on what you are doing.

Please feel free to set yourself as 'Away' through the Proof mobile app whenever you are not available to take on new jobs.

You can do this by opening your app and selecting the account status icon in the top left corner. From there, you can select the option for 'Away' which indicates that you are currently unavailable for new jobs. You can switch this back to 'Active' when you are ready to resume.

*Please Note* - Setting yourself as away DOES NOT reassign your currently active jobs. If you need current jobs reassigned, please request reassignment in the Job Chat.
