Proof connects you directly with both the client and Proof's assigned Specialist via our integrated job chat feature. This feature is meant for discussing logistical information regarding the serve job.
If you have accepted a job by mistake, or if you will not be able to make attempts in the selected timeframe, you can request that a job be Reassigned directly in the job chat.
To access the In-Job Chat, please select the job in your Proof mobile app, and on the right-hand side select the “Chat” tab. This will allow you to connect directly with both the client and the Proof Specialist for the job.
