All of our process serving partners are hired on as 1099 Independent Contractors, and as such, a Proof server account can be deactivated at any time.

In lieu of deactivating, if you wish to take a break or will not be able to accept new jobs, the Proof app does have the option to set yourself as "Away" so that you will not receive any new job offers for the length of time that you are set away.
