Please make sure that your notifications are turned on for the app and that sounds are enabled as well so that you can be notified right away of any new jobs in your area. You can toggle notifications by accessing your phone's app settings and selecting Proof. Once you have enabled these notifications, please make sure to log out and back in to the Proof app to complete the change.

Next, please make sure you have enabled SMS notifications. To opt into SMS job notifications, first select the ‘More’ tab in the bottom right corner of your Proof mobile app, then ‘Notifications’. You will be able to choose from either an immediate SMS notification along with the normal push notification from the app, or you can select a SMS notification after 5 minutes if you have not yet responded to the offer. Again, please make sure to log out and back in to the Proof app to complete the change.
