You can easily view the status of your active jobs in the Proof mobile app. Job statuses help you track progress and know when a job has moved forward in the process.
📋 View Status in the My Jobs Tab
Open the Proof mobile app
Tap the “My Jobs” tab
The status of each job will appear underneath the associated Firm Name
🔍 Search for a Specific Job
If you’re looking for a particular job:
Tap the magnifying glass icon in the top-right corner
Enter the job number or other identifying information
View the results to locate the job and check its status
📑 Sort Jobs by Status
To organize your jobs by their current status:
Tap the magnifying glass icon in the top-right corner
Select “Status” from the drop-down menu
Jobs will be grouped by status for easy review
💬 Request an Update in Job Chat
If you’re waiting for a client or a Proof Specialist to update a job:
Open the job in the app
Tap the “Chat” tab on the right-hand side
Send a message requesting an update
✅ When a Job Is Marked Complete
A job is marked Complete once the completed affidavit has been uploaded to the job for the client’s records.
Once marked Complete, the job will appear in the Earnings tab under Job History, where you can review its payment details.
