You can view the status of any of your active jobs on the My Jobs tab of your Proof mobile app. The status will be listed underneath the associated Firm Name.
If you are looking for the status of a specific job, you can search for the job by tapping the magnifying glass in the top right-hand corner.

If you prefer, you can sort your My Jobs tab by Job Status. To do this, click the Magnifying Glass icon in the top right, then select the sorting option "Status" from the drop-down menu.
If you are waiting on an update on a job from the client or Proof's assigned Specialist, you can always request an update through the In-Job Chat, located on the right-hand side of each job.
Please be advised, all jobs on the Proof platform go through a 48-hour review period after the affidavit has been provided to the client so that any needed changes can be made. The job is not marked as ‘Complete’ until the client’s review period has ended.
