How can I check the status of my active jobs?

You can easily view the status of your active jobs in the Proof mobile app. Job statuses help you track progress and know when a job has moved forward in the process.


šŸ“‹ View Status in the My Jobs Tab

  1. Open the Proof mobile app

  2. Tap the ā€œMy Jobsā€ tab

  3. The status of each job will appear underneath the associated Firm Name


šŸ” Search for a Specific Job

If you’re looking for a particular job:

  1. Tap the magnifying glass icon in the top-right corner

  2. Enter the job number or other identifying information

  3. View the results to locate the job and check its status

šŸ“‘ Sort Jobs by Status

To organize your jobs by their current status:

  1. Tap the magnifying glass icon in the top-right corner

  2. Select ā€œStatusā€ from the drop-down menu

  3. Jobs will be grouped by status for easy review

šŸ’¬ Request an Update in Job Chat

If you’re waiting for a client or a Proof Specialist to update a job:

  1. Open the job in the app

  2. Tap the ā€œChatā€ tab on the right-hand side

  3. Send a message requesting an update

āœ… When a Job Is Marked Complete

A job is marked Complete once the completed affidavit has been uploaded to the job for the client’s records.


Once marked Complete, the job will appear in the Earnings tab under Job History, where you can review its payment details.
