If you’re not receiving important emails from Proof — such as serve packets, unread chat notifications, or affidavits — it’s possible you’ve been unsubscribed from our system emails.


📩 How to Get Re-Subscribed

To resume receiving emails:

  1. Contact our Server Support Team

  2. Let them know you’re not receiving serve documents, chat notifications, or affidavits

  3. Our team will review your account and re-subscribe you to system emails


💡 Tip

After re-subscribing, check your spam/junk or promotions folder to ensure messages from Proof are not being filtered. You may also want to add Proof’s email address to your safe senders list for reliable delivery.
