I can’t log in to the Proof mobile app, what do I do?

If you're having trouble signing in to your account, don't worry — here are the steps to quickly reset your password and regain access.


🔐 Use the “Forgot Password” Option

You can reset your password from either the mobile app or the website:

In the Proof Mobile App:

  1. On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password”

  2. Enter the email address associated with your Proof account

  3. Follow the instructions sent to your inbox to reset your password

On the Website:

  1. Click “Login” in the top right

  2. Select “Forgot Password” under the sign-in fields

  3. Enter your account email and click “Submit”

  4. You’ll receive an email with password reset instructions

📬 Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email within a few minutes.
