If you're having trouble signing in to your account, don't worry — here are the steps to quickly reset your password and regain access.
🔐 Use the “Forgot Password” Option
You can reset your password from either the mobile app or the website:
In the Proof Mobile App:
On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password”
Enter the email address associated with your Proof account
Follow the instructions sent to your inbox to reset your password
On the Website:
Go to www.proofserve.com
Click “Login” in the top right
Select “Forgot Password” under the sign-in fields
Enter your account email and click “Submit”
You’ll receive an email with password reset instructions
📬 Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email within a few minutes.
