Whitelisting ensures that emails from Proof — including serve packets, affidavits, and chat notifications — are delivered to your inbox rather than filtered into spam or promotions folders.

Below are steps for Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo Mail.

📧 Gmail

  1. Open Gmail and click the gear icon in the top right

  2. Select See all settings

  3. Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab

  4. Click Create a new filter

  5. In the From field, enter: @proofserve.com

  6. Click Create filter

  7. Check Never send it to Spam (and optionally Always mark as important)

  8. Click Create filter to save

📧 Outlook (Web & Desktop)

  1. Sign in to Outlook

  2. Click the gear icon in the top right and select View all Outlook settings

  3. Go to Mail > Junk Email

  4. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add

  5. Enter: proofserve.com

  6. Press Enter or click Save

📧 Yahoo Mail

  1. Sign in to Yahoo Mail

  2. Click the gear icon in the top right and select More Settings

  3. Go to Filters and click Add new filters

  4. Give the filter a name (e.g., “Proof Emails”)

  5. In the From field, enter: @proofserve.com

  6. Choose Inbox as the folder to deliver these emails

  7. Click Save

💡 Tip

After whitelisting, you may want to search your Spam or Junk folder for any Proof emails and mark them as Not Spam to train your email provider.
