I don’t see my payout or my payout is late, who do I contact?

All servers on the Proof platform are automatically enrolled in daily payouts, processed through our secure payment partner, Stripe.


⏳ When Payouts Are Sent

  • A payout is initiated once a job is marked “Complete” — meaning the required affidavit has been uploaded for the client’s records.

  • Payouts typically arrive in your direct deposit account within 2 business days after initiation.

  • Exact timing can vary based on:

    • Your bank’s processing schedule

    • Whether your bank processes deposits on weekends or holidays


💰 Understanding the Pending Balance

In the Payouts section of your Earnings tab, jobs listed under Pending Balance are already in transit to your bank account but have not yet been deposited.

  • Jobs should not remain in Pending Balance for more than 2 business days before being marked as Paid.

  • If you notice jobs staying in Pending Balance beyond this window, it could indicate a processing delay that needs review.

  • Include:

    • The job number(s) in question

    • The server name associated with the payout
