I don’t see my payout or my payout is late, who do I contact?

All servers are signed up automatically for daily payouts, which is an automated process through our secure payment partner, Stripe. Payouts are initiated once a job has been marked ‘Complete’ and typically take 2 business days to arrive into the direct deposit account on file.

The ‘Estimated Payout Dates’ listed in the Earnings tab of your Proof mobile app are based on average processing times for payouts. This can vary depending on your bank's specific processing times, and whether or not they complete auto-payout processing over weekends or not.
