How do I change my account password?

You can reset or change your Proof account password at any time — whether you’re logged out or already signed into the app.


🔑 If You’re Logged Out

  1. On the login screen, click “Forgot Password”

  2. Enter the email address associated with your Proof account

  3. Click “Submit”

  4. Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions

📌 If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact our Server Support Team.


🛠 If You’re Logged In to the App

  1. Open the Proof mobile app

  2. Go to the “More” tab (bottom right corner)

  3. Select “Password & Security”

  4. Choose a new password and save your changes
