We’ve added a Successful Attempt Checklist to the Proof mobile app to help guide you through what to record when a serve goes through successfully.

This is the companion to the Unsuccessful Attempt Checklist and was built to save you time, reduce errors, and simplify your workflow.

💡 Why This Matters

We know successful serves aren’t one-size-fits-all. You might hand documents to a servee, post them at a door, or deliver to someone else at the address.

The checklist adjusts to your scenario—prompting you only for the details you actually need. It helps ensure:

  • Accurate reporting, every time

  • Fewer issues with rejected serves

  • Faster completion and submission

🛠 How It Works

When you mark a serve as successful, the app walks you through a short checklist based on:

  • How the documents were served (e.g. in person, posted),

  • Who accepted them (e.g. the servee, someone else, or a registered agent),

  • Where it happened (e.g. home, jail, business).

You'll only see the questions that apply to your specific serve. That means less tapping around—and no chance of missing something important.
