When 2 or more jobs are linked (occurring at the same address), you have the option to record an attempt across all linked jobs.

To do this, first make sure that you have a Parent Job selected. You can see this by clicking on the Linked Jobs icon under the servee name.

Next, when you record a new attempt, select "Yes" for the question "Do you want to record this attempt on all linked jobs?"

**Please Note**

If you are recording a successful attempt across linked jobs, make sure that all of the information is the same for both jobs!

For example, if you have served the same individual, but one service is a personal service, and one is a substitute service, you will need to record the attempts separately.
