1) Navigate to Serves on the left-hand side under the Workspace section.
2) Select the serve you wish to cancel.
3) Find More Actions in the top right-hand corner, then click the 'carrot' to open the drop-down menu.
4) Select Cancel.
Following these steps will notify your assigned platform specialist that you would like to cancel the serve. The Platform Specialist will then process the cancellation on their end.
NOTE: If attempts have already begun, fees will still apply.
