If you have an active serve on the platform and need to request an update or provide additional details to the Proof Specialist or Process Server assigned to the serve, you can do this through the integrated Job Chat! π

To access this feature, simply log in to your account at app.proofserve.com. This will take you to your homepage, where you can find the Jobs πΌ icon on the left side under the Proof icon. Click on it, and you will be directed to the My Jobs section.
In My Jobs, you can easily review all serves, including active ones and saved drafts. If you can't find your active serve job, don't worry! Just check the Filters drop-down menu to ensure no jobs are being filtered out. Once you've located your active serve job, simply click on it to open it on the platform.

Please note that any active serve will show the name of the individual or entity under Servee, along with important details such as the serve speed selected, billing number, and time remaining on the serve. If you click on a Draft, it will open the saved draft so you can continue building the job on the platform.
Now, let's get to the exciting part - the Job Chat! π You can find it on the right-hand side of your screen once you've opened the specific job. Here, you can view any messages from Proof and respond by typing in the chat box and clicking the yellow Send button β€
