📸 Attempt Photos
To verify the location and time of your service attempt, take at least one photo at the service address. This photo’s geolocation and timestamp will document where and when your attempt took place.
Clients expect photos of the location, building, and any vehicle tags, which can provide valuable information for their case. While photos of the subject are helpful if you’re able to capture them, they aren’t strictly required.
Tip: Take the photo before starting your attempt to accurately reflect your location.
📢 Samsung Android users: For reliable photo metadata, please upload from Google Photos, rather than the Samsung Gallery.
📝 Attempt Notes
The Attempt Checklist helps you log unsuccessful attempts quickly while meeting client expectations for thorough documentation.
Instead of writing from scratch, you’ll complete a quick flow:
Select Address Type — Choose where the attempt was made (e.g., Residential, Workplace), which tailors the checklist to your situation.
Answer 3–4 Quick Questions — Document who you spoke with, what they said, and what you observed at the location.
Your responses automatically generate a clear, complete description clients and legal teams need—reducing errors and avoiding missed details.
✨ Benefits for You:
Faster, more consistent attempt logs
Fewer edits or follow-up questions
Confidently meet client standards for due diligence
When your documentation is thorough and accurate, clients get what they need—building trust and helping you get paid faster.
