🧭 Why It Matters
You can now optimize your workday while in the field — spot nearby jobs, adjust routes on the fly, and avoid missed opportunities. This update is designed to save you time, reduce driving costs, and help you serve more efficiently.
🆕 Instantly Preview Affidavit Uploads Before Submission
🆕 Instantly Preview Affidavit Uploads Before Submission
You can now preview your uploaded affidavit before submitting — a small but meaningful upgrade when you’re working with notarized or ink-signed documents.
Whenever a job requires an affidavit upload, you’ll see a quick preview of your file after selection. This helps ensure you’ve grabbed the right document before submitting — especially useful given how tricky mobile uploads can be.
📸 Improved Attempt Timestamp Accuracy
📸 Improved Attempt Timestamp Accuracy
We now use the timestamp from the first step of your attempt — when you’re asked to “Verify your location” — as the official attempt date. This data is pulled directly from the photo’s metadata, ensuring the time logged reflects when the attempt actually occurred.
Why this matters:
Captures a more accurate timestamp, even in areas with poor service
Helps reduce upload errors and back-and-forth with Support
📢 Samsung Android users: Please use Google Photos for metadata compatibility. If not available, the app will use the timestamp when your attempt is submitted to the platform.
What changes:
The attempt date in the app is now based on the GPS timestamp of the location photo taken at the start of the attempt
Photo upload time may still differ, but it won’t affect your attempt’s logged date or time
🖨️ Reprint or Download Serve Docs Anytime
🖨️ Reprint or Download Serve Docs Anytime
You can now reprint or download serve documents at any stage of the job, even after attempts are completed. This means if you need to mail documents or keep a record, you won’t need to ask Support to move the job backwards — the options are available from the three-dot menu on the Job details page.
