When you select a job, you can view the assigned Proof Specialist's details by tapping on the 3 dot menu in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, and then tapping "View Proof Specialist Info."
The Specialist will handle skip-tracing additional addresses and speaking with the client regarding payment/charges. Please wait for approval before attempting a new address. Never contact the client to ask for payment. You will receive payment through the Proof platform for your work.
For questions regarding a specific job that are not appropriate for the In-Job Chat, we recommend that you email the Proof Specialist directly so that they can work with the client and advise.
