Each job on the Proof platform has an assigned Proof Specialist who helps manage communication, client updates, and job logistics.
📲 How to View the Assigned Specialist
Open the Proof mobile app
Select the job you want to review
Tap the three-dot menu (⋯) in the top-right corner of the job screen
Select “View Proof Specialist Info” to see their contact details
🧭 What the Proof Specialist Handles
Your assigned Specialist will:
Conduct skip tracing or search for additional addresses, if needed
Communicate with the client regarding payment or charges
Approve any new address attempts before you proceed
🚫 Never contact the client directly about payment. All payments are processed through the Proof platform.
💬 When to Contact the Specialist Directly
If you have a question that isn’t appropriate for In-Job Chat — such as something sensitive, complex, or requiring direct coordination — you can email the Specialist directly using the contact information from the Proof Specialist Info screen.
