📲 How to Access In-Job Chat
Open the Proof mobile app
Select the relevant job
Tap the “Chat” tab on the right-hand side of the screen
You’ll be connected to both the client and the assigned Specialist for that job.
💬 When to Use In-Job Chat
Use the chat to:
Confirm timing or access instructions
Provide real-time updates
Ask logistical or location-based questions
Requesting a job be removed from your queue
🚫 Please do not contact the client directly about payment or additional addresses. Payment is handled by the Proof platform, and all job fees are managed internally.
🧭 What the Specialist Handles
Your assigned Proof Specialist is your go-to resource for:
Skip-tracing or requesting additional addresses
Communicating with the client about payment, charges, or serve outcomes
Approving any new address attempts before you proceed
If you have a job-related question that doesn’t belong in the In-Job Chat — such as something sensitive or specific to policy — we recommend emailing the Specialist directly. They’ll coordinate with the client as needed and provide next steps.
