Proof connects you directly with both the client and Proof's assigned Specialist via our integrated job-chat feature. This feature is meant for discussing logistical information regarding the serve job.

Proof's Specialist will handle skip-tracing additional addresses and speaking with the client regarding payment/charges. Please wait for approval before attempting a new address. Never contact the client to ask for payment. You will receive payment through the Proof platform for your work.

To access the In-Job Chat, please select the job in your Proof mobile app, and on the right-hand side select the “Chat” tab. This will allow you to connect directly with both the client and the Proof Specialist for the job.

For questions regarding a specific job that are not appropriate for the In-Job Chat, we recommend that you email the Specialist directly so that they can work with the client and advise. The assigned Specialist’s information can be located by tapping the 3 dot menu in the upper right-hand corner, and then tapping "View Proof Specialist Info."
