If you need to discuss details about a specific serve job, the best place to start is the In-Job Chat in the Proof mobile app. This feature connects you directly with both the client and the assigned Proof Specialist for that job.


💬 When to Use In-Job Chat

Use In-Job Chat for logistical information related to the serve, such as:

  • Clarifying service instructions

  • Coordinating access to a location

  • Confirming timelines or scheduling


🧭 What the Proof Specialist Handles

Your assigned Proof Specialist will manage:

  • Skip tracing or locating additional addresses

  • Communicating with the client about payment or charges

  • Approving any new address attempts before you proceed

🚫 Never contact the client directly to request payment. All payments are processed through the Proof platform.


📲 How to Access In-Job Chat

  1. Open the Proof mobile app

  2. Select the job you want to discuss

  3. Tap the “Chat” tab on the right-hand side of the screen


📧 If It’s Not Suitable for In-Job Chat

If your question isn’t appropriate for In-Job Chat — for example, if it’s sensitive or requires direct coordination with the Specialist — you can email the Specialist directly:

  1. Open the job in the Proof mobile app

  2. Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner

  3. Select “View Proof Specialist Info” to find their contact details
