If you need to discuss details about a specific serve job, the best place to start is the In-Job Chat in the Proof mobile app. This feature connects you directly with both the client and the assigned Proof Specialist for that job.
💬 When to Use In-Job Chat
Use In-Job Chat for logistical information related to the serve, such as:
Clarifying service instructions
Coordinating access to a location
Confirming timelines or scheduling
🧭 What the Proof Specialist Handles
Your assigned Proof Specialist will manage:
Skip tracing or locating additional addresses
Communicating with the client about payment or charges
Approving any new address attempts before you proceed
🚫 Never contact the client directly to request payment. All payments are processed through the Proof platform.

Open the Proof mobile app
Select the job you want to discuss
Tap the “Chat” tab on the right-hand side of the screen
📧 If It’s Not Suitable for In-Job Chat
If your question isn’t appropriate for In-Job Chat — for example, if it’s sensitive or requires direct coordination with the Specialist — you can email the Specialist directly:
Open the job in the Proof mobile app
Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner
Select “View Proof Specialist Info” to find their contact details
