Learn how to upload your Identity documents with Persona.

After you create your account and download the Proof mobile app, it's time to send us your identity documents.

We've integrated with Persona to ensure that any information you send is secure.

By clicking the Continue button, you will be guided through a verification process that includes answering a brief questionnaire and providing your Driver’s License, Selfie Verification, Vehicle Insurance, and any applicable Process Server IDs, Certifications, or Licenses. Server IDs are only required when legally mandated in your service area.

Step-by-Step Guidance

Welcome Screen

Select Continue to be redirected to our vendor, Persona, to begin the process.

Getting Started

Select “Begin Verifying” from the Getting Started page.

Driver License Capture

  1. Confirm that you have a U.S. government-issued ID (this is the only option).

  2. Take a photo of your ID and confirm the image.

  3. Persona processes your ID for verification.

  4. Receive a confirmation or retake prompt.

    1. If your photo needs to be retaken, you’ll be notified.

Selfie Verification

  1. Follow the prompts and capture a 3 angles for the selfie verification

    1. Directly centered

    2. Look slightly to the right

    3. Look slightly to the left

New Server Questionnaire

Tell us about yourself! Answer all questions included on the form and select continue once complete.

Insurance Information

  1. Enter your insurance carrier and expiration date details manually

  2. Upload a supporting document

    1. Take a photo or upload a file that matches the details entered.

  3. Persona processes your document

  4. Receive a confirmation or resubmission prompt

    1. If successful, you’ll see a confirmation page and be directed to the next step.

    2. If there are issues reading your document, you’ll be prompted to resubmit it.

Server ID Verification

  1. Enter your ID, Certification, or License details manually.

    1. All fields are optional due to variations in documents. Enter only the relevant information.

    2. If applicable, double-check for typos in the County of Registration field.

    3. If you have more than one Server ID, check the box labeled "Add another Server ID" and repeat Step 1.

  2. Upload a supporting document.

    1. Take a photo or upload a file that matches the details entered.

  3. Persona processes your document.

  4. Receive a confirmation or resubmission prompt.

    1. If successful, you’ll see a confirmation page and be redirected to the Proof app.

    2. If there are issues reading your document, you’ll be prompted to resubmit it.

Confirmation

  1. Proof reviews your submission.

    1. This process may take up to two business days.

    2. You’ll be notified once the review has been completed

Once everything is submitted, you will be redirected to the Proof mobile app.

**Please note - Once you upload all of the requested documents, your app will remain on this screen until your account has been approved.
