If your Proof server account has been deactivated and you'd like to return, our Server Support Team can help you begin the review process to determine if your account is eligible for reactivation.

Once we hear from you, our team will review your account and let you know whether it qualifies for reactivation — along with any steps required.
📄 What You May Need to Provide
If your account is eligible, we may request updated documentation before reactivation:
A valid driver’s license
Current proof of auto insurance
Your process server license or registration, if required in your state (front and back)

🕒 Please note: If your background check on file is more than one year old, we may also request a new one through our partner Peopletrail.
