Clients using the Proof platform count on professional, reliable process servers — which is why we ask all prospective servers to meet a baseline of experience and qualifications before joining the network.
Minimum Experience Requirements
To use Proof, you must meet one of the following:
At least 1 year of process serving experience, OR
3+ months of process serving experience in the field, plus 1 year of additional relevant professional experience (e.g., legal, law enforcement, investigations, or logistics)
Basic Eligibility Requirements
All Proof servers must also:
Be at least 18 years old
Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license
Have access to an eligible vehicle
Required Documentation
When applying, you'll be asked to upload the following documents:
A valid U.S. driver’s license
Proof of current vehicle insurance
Proof of process server registration or license, where required by state or local law
