Please check the time that the notification was sent. The way the app works is that once a job is uploaded to the platform, it is sent to the nearest server to the job location. That server has 10 minutes to accept or decline the job before it is sent to the next closest server. It is possible that the notifications are coming through, but not being acknowledged within the 10-minute window for acceptance, and therefore are not able to be viewed on the app.
It is also possible that the particular job was a "Last Call" notification. When a job is not accepted by a server during its initial dispatch, a last-call notification is sent out to all servers in the area simultaneously and is awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis.
