I clicked on a new job notification, but there are no jobs listed in my Proof mobile app. What do I do?

If you click a new job notification and don’t see any jobs in the app, there are a few possible reasons:


⏳ Check the Time of the Notification

When a job is posted to the platform, our system considers several factors — including your proximity to the serve address — to determine which process server will receive the offer first.

If you’re selected, you’ll have a 10-minute exclusive window to review and accept the job before it is offered to other eligible servers. If that time passes without a response, the job will no longer appear in your app.


📢 “Last Call” Notifications

Some notifications are Last Call alerts. These are sent when a job has not been claimed during its initial offers. In this case, the notification is sent to all eligible servers in the area at the same time, and the job is awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. It’s possible for the job to be claimed by another server within seconds.


🛠 Still Not Seeing Jobs?

If your app is blank when selecting a notification within the 10-minute window, or you continue to have trouble receiving job alerts:

  • Make sure your Proof app notifications are enabled

  • Confirm Location Services are set to “Always On” or “While Using the App”

  • Ensure your Primary Address in the app reflects your current service area
