💡 Understanding Job Volume & Dispatch on Proof

Not seeing new job offers? This article walks through how job volume is generated and how our dispatch process works so you know what to expect.


🔄 Lead Availability & Volume

Proof connects you to job opportunities (leads) based on demand from clients in your area. Job volume is not constant and may fluctuate over time. This is influenced by when and where clients post jobs, so the number of available jobs in your region can vary from day to day.

📍 Job Offer Radius

Your Proof app is configured to offer jobs within a 50-mile radius of the address listed in your profile. This ensures you’re notified of jobs that are within a reasonable service distance.

Each job is offered to one process server at a time. You’ll have 10 minutes to accept the job before it moves on to the next available server. If a job isn’t picked up through this offer cycle, it will appear in the Explore tab in the app, where any eligible server can accept it.

⚠️ Note: While location is a factor in dispatching jobs, other internal criteria are also considered to help match jobs effectively. This means that not all jobs in your area may be offered directly to you.


🔔 Stay Notified

To ensure you never miss a job opportunity:

  • Enable push notifications and sounds for the Proof app in your phone settings.

  • After adjusting your notification settings, log out and back in to the app for changes to take effect.

📱 SMS Notifications

You can also opt into SMS alerts for job offers:

  1. Tap Settings in the Proof app.

  2. Select Notification Preferences.

  3. Choose between:

    • Send immediately (along with push notification), or

    • Send after 5 minutes (sent 5 minutes after no response).

Don’t forget to log out and log back in after setting this up.


🏠 Update Your Address

You can update your listed address to better match your current or preferred service location:

  • Open the Settings tab in the app.

  • Tap Edit Profile to change your address.

You can also set a Primary Address (for job dispatching) that is different from your Affidavit Address.
