New serve jobs are offered to servers through push notifications on the Proof mobile app.
When a client uploads a new job, our system evaluates several factors — including your proximity to the job address — to determine who receives the offer first. If a job is offered to you, you’ll have a 10-minute exclusive window to accept or decline it before the system routes it to the next eligible server.
If no server accepts the job during this initial round, it will appear in the Explore tab of your Proof mobile app, where it can be claimed directly.
🔔 Stay Notified: Enable Push Notifications
To avoid missing any job offers:
Open your device’s Settings
Find and select the Proof app
Turn on Notifications and enable Sounds
Log out and back into the app to apply the changes

📱 Prefer Text Alerts? Use SMS Notifications
You can also opt in to receive job offers via SMS in addition to push notifications.
To enable SMS notifications:
Open the Proof app
Tap the More tab (bottom right corner)
Select Notifications
Choose your preference:
Immediate SMS — sent at the same time as the push notification
Delayed SMS — sent 5 minutes later if you haven’t responded

💼 Explore the Available Jobs Tab
Any unclaimed jobs that have not been accepted via push or SMS will be listed in the Explore tab of your Proof mobile app. You can view and claim these jobs using either:
Map View, or
List View
