The Proof mobile app gives you powerful tools to visualize your jobs, prioritize by location, and export addresses to external routing apps — so you can plan your day more efficiently and serve with confidence.

🗺️ Use Map View to Visualize Accepted Jobs

In the “My Jobs” tab of the app, you can switch between List View and Map View. Map View shows all of your active jobs as pins on a map, giving you a clear, geographic overview of your current workload.

With Map View, you can:

  • View all accepted jobs spatially

  • Tap any pin to preview the job card

  • Tap the card to open full job details

  • Use filters to highlight specific jobs (e.g., by due date, status, or priority)

  • Prioritize jobs by proximity to reduce fuel, time, and backtracking

📌 Map View is ideal for planning your day at a glance or adjusting your route while in the field.

📤 Export Job Addresses for Route Planning

To take your planning further, you can export job address data and upload it into the routing tool of your choice (like Google Maps or RouteXL).

From the Map View screen:

  1. Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner

  2. Select “Export Addresses”

  3. Choose your preferred file format:

    • CSV

    • XLSX

    • GPX (for GPS navigation tools)

Your exported file will include:

  • Full address

  • Latitude/longitude

  • Job ID

  • Servee name

  • Job status

You can choose to export all accepted jobs, or only the ones that match your current filters.
