How do I set my serve area/distance on the Proof mobile app?

The Proof mobile app is automatically set to offer each server jobs within a 50-mile radius of their listed location. While the 50-mile radius cannot be changed, you can update your listed address to a location closer to where you typically serve, or if you are in a different location for a day, in order to receive local jobs in that area.

We recommend using a physical address, rather than a PO Box or other virtual address. Our platform integrates with Google Maps API in order to accurately offer each server partner jobs within a 50-mile radius of their listed location. Unfortunately, Google Maps is not always able to geotag PO Boxes, so using a physical address is the first step to ensuring that you receive available job offers in your area.

You can always change your listed address to a location closer to where you typically serve, or if you have moved or are temporarily in a different location. The app will always offer available jobs within 50 miles of the address you list. You can change your listed address in your Proof mobile app by selecting the 'More' tab in the bottom right corner, then 'Edit Address'.

โ€‹*Please Note* - You now have the option to select a Primary Address for job dispatch purposes, and a separate Affidavit Address.
