Introducing the New Action Center in the Mobile App

We’ve added a new Action Center to the My Jobs tab—designed to help you move through your workload faster by surfacing the most important tasks at a glance.

With just one tap on the new Inbox icon, you’ll see a curated list of jobs that may need your attention today—like those needing an attempt, a printout, a certification, or a reply in chat.


⚙️ How it Works

Open the My Jobs tab and tap the Inbox icon right above the Map/List view toggle. You’ll see four smart categories:

  • Jobs ready to attempt: These are jobs that don’t yet have a logged attempt today. The label shows how many total jobs need an attempt, while a helpful sub-label tells you how many are currently within the active time window.

  • Jobs that need printing: This shows any job with serve documents that haven’t yet been sent to FedEx—based on whether tracking info is available. (Coming soon: this will also include affidavits that need to be printed or notarized.)

  • Jobs with unread chats: Quickly see all jobs with messages you haven’t read yet, so nothing slips through the cracks.

  • Jobs ready to certify: For now, this highlights jobs that are ready for electronic affidavit signature. (Ink signature and notary-required jobs will be added in a future update.)

Each item opens a filtered view of your jobs so you can take action quickly—no extra scrolling or searching required.
