📮 Mailing Improvements

We’ve made a few updates to make mailing requiremements easier to track and complete:

  • You can now filter by “Server Mailing” and “Mailing Affidavit” on the My Jobs tab

  • If a mailing (Serve Documents or Affidavits) hasn’t moved forward after 48 hours, you’ll receive a reminder notification to help ensure deadlines aren’t missed

These updates provide clearer visibility into jobs that require a mailing and help ensure nothing gets overlooked.

🖨️ Print Management Improvement

We added a new “Manage Print Orders” option to the three-dot menu on My Jobs.

From this screen, you can now:

  • View all active print orders in one place

  • Check print status at a glance

  • See which jobs were sent to FedEx and whether they are Serve Documents or Affidavits

  • View any failed print orders that need attention

🐛 Bug Fixes & Improvements

The following issues have been resolved in version 7.3.2:

Sort & Filter Page Scroll Issue

Some users couldn’t scroll to the bottom of the Sort & Filter page, causing a few options to be hidden.

Fix: The page now scrolls correctly, allowing access to all sorting and filtering options.

Affidavit Upload File Size Messaging

Previously, large affidavit uploads only showed a generic error.

Fix: The app now shows a clear message indicating your file size and the 15MB limit, helping you correct the issue quickly.

Attempt Logging for Unlinked Same Address Job Groups

Attempts couldn’t be logged for jobs that were once part of a Same Address Job group but later unlinked.

Fix: The app now correctly recognizes when jobs are unlinked, so attempts can be submitted normally.

Android 16 Camera Issue

Some Android 16 users couldn’t open the in-app camera.

Fix: Camera compatibility issues have been resolved so photos can be taken without interruption.
