The Action Center helps you manage your workload faster by surfacing jobs that may need your attention—all in one place.
With just one tap on the Inbox icon in the My Jobs tab, you can quickly see and take action on the most time-sensitive tasks without scrolling through your entire job list.
⚙️ How to Access the Action Center
Open the My Jobs tab in your Proof mobile app.
Tap the Inbox icon (located above the Map/List view toggle).
You’ll see a curated list of jobs grouped into four smart categories.
📂 Categories in the Action Center
✅ Jobs Ready to Attempt
Jobs that do not yet have a logged attempt for today.
The label shows the total number of jobs that need an attempt.
A sub-label shows how many are currently within the active time window.
🖨 Jobs That Need Printing
Jobs with serve documents that have not yet been sent to FedEx for printing.
Based on whether tracking info is available.
Future updates will also include affidavits that need printing or notarization.
💬 Jobs With Unread Chats
Jobs that have unread messages so you can respond promptly and keep communication flowing.
🖊 Jobs Ready to Certify
Jobs ready for electronic affidavit signature.
Ink signature and notary-required jobs will be included in a future update.
