When reviewing jobs in the app, you’ll now see timing details that reflect what the client expects based on the serve speed they selected. This article explains how these expectations appear before you claim a job and how they update once you’ve accepted it.

Job Offer & Available Jobs

Each job card shows two key timing details based on the client’s selected serve speed:

  • “Attempt by” – when the first attempt is expected, based on when the job is accepted

  • “Due in” – the total duration in which all attempts are expected to be completed

These expectations are displayed in the job card prior to acceptance to help guide decision-making. Timing is finalized based on when the job is accepted.

Available Job: Displays “Attempt by” and “Due in” information

Job Offer: Shows the same timing expectations before claiming

After Job Acceptance

Once a job is accepted, the Jobs tab updates to reflect the job’s current status and the time remaining for each client-defined timing expectation.

Prior to the First Attempt

  • The “Attempt by” time appears above the servee’s name.

  • The “Due in” time (total job duration) is shown in the lower left corner of the job card.

  • Color Indicators:

    • Green badge: More than 24 hours remaining

    • Red badge: 24 hours or less remaining

    • “Attempt Overdue” badge: Turns red if the ‘Attempt by’ time has passed, indicating the expected first attempt is overdue (see example in the next section)

After the First Attempt

  • The “Due in” timing moves above the servee’s name.

  • The number of logged attempts appears in the lower left corner of the job card, replacing the total duration.

  • Color Indicators:

    • Grey badge: More than 24 hours remaining

    • Red badge: 24 hours or less remaining

    • “Attempt Overdue” badge: Appears in red if the total duration has expired
