🚀 New Features

QR Cover Sheets + Updated Attempt Screens

We’ve introduced a new and improved process to make your attempt flow faster, more reliable, and compliant — especially when you’re out in the field.

✅ QR Codes on Cover Sheets

Cover Sheets now come with a QR code in the top right corner.

  • Scan it to launch directly into the correct job attempt in the app.

  • This saves time, helps avoid searching, and gets you started with fewer taps.

📍 New Attempt Flow Screens

We’ve redesigned the attempt flow to streamline your steps and collect the right information up front.

Page 1: Verify the Address

You’ll be prompted to complete three required steps before proceeding to the attempt report screen.

  1. Address Selection

    • If there’s more than one approved address, you’ll be able to choose from a dropdown.

    • By default, we’ll show the job’s primary address.

  2. Address Type

    • Choose from the following:

      • Residential

      • Workplace (for individual’s work address)

      • Registered Agent

      • Business (for business servee/subject)

      • Other

  3. Confirm Your Location with a Quick Photo

To continue, you’ll need to add a photo at the service location. This step helps confirm where your attempt is happening.

    • Adding this photo allows us to use photo metadata (GPS location) to better document your attempt.

    • If metadata isn’t available, we’ll fall back on your current GPS location (captured when you move to the next page).

    • Tip: Take the photo before attempting service to accurately reflect your location, even if you’re not able to complete the attempt in front of the service address

📢 Samsung Android users: Please use Google Photos for metadata compatibility. If not available, the app will use your current GPS location instead.

Page 2: Report Attempt + Add Photos

We’ve combined the additional photos screen with your attempt report to reduce friction:

  • Add your attempt details and any additional photos in the same place.

  • No more bouncing between pages.

🚧 Attempt Distance Warnings + Guardrails

To ensure accurate reporting and prevent delays, we’ve added two important checks:

Distance Warning (if 0.5 miles or more away):

If your GPS is far from the address, you’ll see this alert:

You’ll have two options:

  • Update GPS location

  • Submit without updating

Location Not Updated Alert:

If refreshing your location increases the attempt distance, the app will preserve the previous location to protect your distance record:

New Feature: Paused Jobs

When a job hits a flag that needs review or action, we’ll now pause the time remaining until the issue is resolved. This gives you more time to complete the job — without being penalized for delays outside your control.

Jobs will be paused if flagged for:

  • Serve address action

  • Bad address

  • Missing information or documents

  • Attempt limit reached

  • Skip trace needed

  • M&O (Motion & Order)

You’ll be able to see if a job is paused directly from the Jobs tab and on the job details page.

New Filter: "Unattempted Jobs"

You can now filter your jobs list to view all jobs that haven’t been attempted yet in the current attempt time window — great for keeping track of what still needs action.

Find this new filter under your Status options.

🛠️ Bug Fixes & Improvements

We’ve addressed several bugs and improved app performance:

  • Chat now works on flagged jobs

You can now access the Chat tab on any job, even if it’s been flagged.

  • Improved job list stability

We fixed background issues that caused unnecessary refreshes of your available jobs list.

  • You can now stay on Explore after accepting a job

The “You’ve got the job” message can now be closed without redirecting you away.

  • iOS dropdowns now display correctly

A visual bug affecting top padding on dropdown menus has been resolved.

  • “4 Day Post” filter now allows you easier access to these job types in your Status filters.

  • Hybrid job messaging cleaned up

You’ll now only see the personal attempt expectations message when viewing Hybrid jobs — we removed the duplicate reminder.

Important Note: Attempt variability is still expected, but this update cleans up the attempts page for readability.

  • Job bundle crash resolved

We fixed an issue that caused the app to crash for some users when viewing available or offered job bundles.

  • No more surprise pop-ups on Explore tab

We fixed a bug where restraining order jobs in Explore triggered pop-ups without being tapped.

  • Fixed FedEx Print location sort issue

When sending a print order, FedEx Office locations are now sorted by proximity, so you can find the closest spot at the top of the list.
