We’ve created a custom collection template for your filevine account to receive final affidavits, invoices, and job statuses directly in Filevine!
Setting up the custom collection only takes ~2 minutes. Here’s how:
Download Proof’s custom collection template here
Log in to your Filevine account (you must be an admin)
Within the Advanced section of the sidebar, click on Customs Editor
Choose your Org and Project type
Click on the Import/Export button in the top right
Choose “Import Section into: {project type}"
Select Proof’s custom collection template you downloaded in step 1
Don't see the import/export button?
Some versions of Filevine do not have the import/export button by default. Please email the Filevine support team with the following message to turn it on:
Email Body
My firm does not have access to the "import section" button within Custom Editor. Please import the attached custom collection called Proof into [Org Name], [Project Type].
*Make sure you attach the file you've downloaded in step one above to this email

Head to the integrations tab in Proof (https://app.proofserve.com/integrations)
Click “Configure” on the Filevine widget
Make sure the Section Selector entered matches what’s listed in Filevine

Log in to your Filevine account

Choose your Org and Project type
Click on the Proof custom collection
Section Selector is the second field listed
