The Affidavit of Service is available once a job has reached the In Review stage. The Affidavit of Service tab will no longer be grayed out, and it will become a clickable section with a green Available box ready for review.
If any amendments or changes are needed after review, there are a few ways to request them below:

To request changes, you can simply use the job chat feature while viewing the job on our platform. The Chat tab can be found by clicking on the job, and the chat pane is located on the right-hand side of the screen. Just let us know the necessary changes and click the yellow Send button. Our dedicated Proof Specialist will review your request and make the necessary amendments 🚀

You can reach us directly via email at support@proofserve.com. Please provide us with the service details, Proof Job Number, and any amendments required. We will coordinate with the assigned Proof Specialist to ensure the changes are completed accurately and efficiently.
It may take additional time to review the email before aligning with the Proof Specialist. If your amendment request needs a faster response, please reach out via the job chat.
We have another option where you can message our support team directly through our support page. While logged into the Proof platform, you can easily connect with us by clicking on the Proof icon located in the bottom right corner. This will allow us to review any changes needed to your affidavit. We are always here to help!
Depending on the changes needed, it may require additional time (24-48 hours) to fully amend the Affidavit of Service. You will be notified when the changes are completed.
