We’ve introduded a new feature that forwards Proof emails directly to your Filevine Activity Feed. This keeps your whole team aligned on job updates and prevents email silos. Stay up to date on job progress without leaving Filevine!
How does it work?

Each project in Filevine has a unique email address (aka "project email")
Proof will automatically cc the project email on key job updates
Proof emails that will show up in the Activity Feed include:
Job confirmation email
Job completed email (affidavit attached)
Invoice email (invoice attached)
Job flagged email (bad address, missing info, attempt limit reached, M&O)
When a notification lands in your Activity Feed, click on it to expand more detail
If any action is required
Select the project name in the second column
Open the Proof Chrome extension
Take action --> chat with your server, add a new address, etc.
How to Enable Proof Emails in your Filevine Activity Feed
Go to your Proof account and open your User Profile.
Scroll to the Notification Settings section on the right hand side.
Check the box "Enable Filevine Notifications".
Click Save to apply changes.
After enabling, Proof notifications will automatically appear in your Filevine Activity Feed.
Notes:
📌 Only available for users with an active Filevine integration.
📌 Each user must enable this setting. This will not apply to other users at your firm.
