After submitting the job, you will be presented with a pop-up box where you can label your documents as you would like them to appear on the affidavit.
Just click "Customize Document Names Listed on the Affidavit." Upon proceeding, you will be directed to a screen where you may input the desired document labels.
Once you have added the desired labels, click on "Save." You will then be directed back to the pop-up box.
* Please note that how these documents are named in this field is how they will appear on the Affidavit of Service.
If you are currently unable to provide additional details, you may select the option labeled "I'll Finish Later" and revisit the job through your account portal. You may return to the job anytime and click "Finish Setting Up This Job" at the top right of the page. However, if you "β" out of the box, you will be unable to retrieve it.
If you have an active job, you can still make these adjustments by opening the Proof job on the platform and clicking "Finish setting up this job." This will allow you to bring the finish setting up your job options.
