I am already a Proof user, can I integrate with Clio and see my former jobs?

If you use the same account for Clio, the accounts should merge. If you use a different email address please reach out to support@proofserve.com so we can help you integrate.

Only jobs onboarded from Clio will be viewable within the Clio app, however, if you select the “Open Proof” button on any page within the Proof tab in Clio, you will be able to see all jobs prior to adding Proof to Clio.

Why can’t I see the jobs I created in the proof platform prior to the Clio integration?

Clio will only allow you to view jobs that you onboarded from the Clio integration. However, for all previous jobs, please use the “open proof” button, or log in to the Proof platform to view and manage your previous jobs.

Merging Duplicate Accounts

At this time, if an existing user on the Proof platform adds Proof to Clio, the accounts will only merge if the email address for Clio and their Proof account match. When this is not the case, please contact the Product Team and we will merge the two accounts. Please note we will keep the older of the two accounts unless otherwise specified.

Additionally, if a new payment method was added to the newer account, this information will not carry over after the merge and will need to be re-entered.
