We are pleased to offer a hybrid service in Colorado for specific documents.
Our service allows for two personal service attempts before posting within four days of the job creation. We kindly inform you that the documents will be posted to the door during the second unsuccessful attempt, and extra attempts cannot be added.
This is especially helpful for vacate and demand jobs, including evictions, demand for compliance, late notices, notices to quit, and notices of response deadlines.
The hybrid service will follow the specific Colorado Service of Process Rules:
"Hybrid Serve (CO HB24-1098). Colorado State law requires the following for this job type: + Two (2) Personal Attempts Must Be Attempted on Separate Days. + If the second personal attempt is unsuccessful, posting is permitted at that time. + Residential Substituted service permitted for a member of the tenant’s family above the age of fifteen years."
Please note: This service speed is not ideal for certain cases and documents. To ensure that your documents are served correctly, I would like to direct you to your court clerk. They are the best authority on the proper procedures for submission. We truly care about your success and want to ensure everything is handled accurately.
The hybrid serve option can be selected during job creation when the serve speeds are chosen. If the hybrid option is unavailable, please double-check the documents and the court state selected. If you have any questions, please chat with our Support Team or contact us at support@proofserve.com.
