Are you having trouble viewing job information in your Proof mobile app? Is it difficult to scroll through pages, or are certain buttons not available? The issue might be with Accessibility settings on your device that are interfering with the Proof mobile app.

We advise that you ensure any Enlarged Text or Zoom settings have been disabled, then uninstall and reinstall the app for the change to take effect. You may also need to turn off any specific font settings you have enabled. This will provide you with the best possible app experience.
