Some states and courts require the server's address information to be listed on the Affidavit of Service.

You are able to list a specific address to be used on affidavits if you have an address that you would prefer to utilize for this purpose. This address would be used only for affidavit purposes, and would not affect the address used for offering jobs within your area to you.

You can set your affidavit address directly in your Proof mobile app by navigating to the More tab and selecting "Edit Profile". Simply toggle on the Affidavit Address option and enter the address of your choice.
