You will receive Email and Push notifications when new chats are added to jobs. Please make sure that your notifications are turned on for the app and that sounds are enabled as well so that you can be notified right away of any new chat messages. You can toggle notifications by accessing your phone's app settings and selecting Proof. Once you have enabled these notifications, please make sure to log out and back in to the Proof app to complete the change.

You can view your unread chats directly in the Proof mobile app by opening the My Jobs tab and selecting the job.
