How does Proof work?

The way the app works is that the closest server to the serve address is notified first via push notification and given the opportunity to pick up the job.

The Proof mobile app is automatically set to offer each server jobs within a 50-mile radius of their listed location. Once a job is uploaded to the platform, it is sent to the nearest server to the job location. That server has 10 minutes to accept or decline the job before it is sent to the next closest server. Any jobs that are not able to be assigned via this method will become available in the ‘Available Jobs’ tab of the Proof mobile app.

We recommend making sure that your notifications are turned on for the app and that sounds are enabled as well so that you can be notified right away of any new jobs in your area. You can toggle notifications by accessing your phone's app settings and selecting Proof. Once you have enabled these notifications, please make sure to log out and back in to the Proof app to complete the change.

You can also utilize our SMS notification feature! To opt into SMS job notifications, first select the ‘More’ tab in the bottom right corner of your Proof mobile app, then ‘Notification Preferences’. You will be able to choose from either an immediate SMS notification along with the normal push notification from the app, or you can select a SMS notification after 5 minutes if you have not yet responded to the offer. Again, please make sure to log out and back in to the Proof app to complete the change.
