The Proof platform connects serve requests with qualified process servers based on location, availability, and other key factors — all through the mobile app.
When a client uploads a new serve job, our system evaluates several factors — including your proximity to the serve address, your active status, and platform activity — to determine who receives the offer first.
If the job is offered to you, you’ll have a 10-minute exclusive window to review and accept it. If you don’t respond, it may be routed to another eligible server or eventually appear in the “Available Jobs” tab of your Proof mobile app.
📉 What If I'm Not Seeing Jobs?
It’s normal for job volume to fluctuate based on local demand. The number of jobs available in your area depends entirely on when and where clients post new serve requests.
If things are quiet, keep an eye on the Explore tab in your app — where unclaimed jobs may become available. You can browse in Map View or List View to see if anything nearby is open for claiming.
📍 Keep Your Location & Address Settings Updated
Your listed service address and device location permissions both play an important role in determining your job eligibility and attempt tracking.
Here’s how to make sure everything is set up correctly:
✅ Ensure the Primary Address listed in your Proof profile reflects the area where you typically serve. You’ll receive job notifications for serves within a 50-mile radius of this address.
✅ On your device, go to Settings → find the Proof app → set Location Services to:
“Always On” or
“While Using the App”
📌 Proof uses geotagging to confirm the accuracy of serve attempt locations. Keeping your location settings active helps ensure accurate reporting.
