Why don't I see any jobs in the Explore tab?

You can browse available jobs using either the Map View or List View under the Explore tab in your Proof mobile app. This section shows serve opportunities that have not yet been claimed in your area.


🔍 Why Jobs Might Not Appear

Don’t worry if there are no jobs immediately available — new serve requests are posted regularly as law firms submit them to the platform. Job volume can vary based on client demand in your area, so it's normal for availability to fluctuate from day to day.


📨 How Job Offers Are Sent

When a new job becomes available, our system considers several factors — including your proximity to the serve address — to determine which server will receive the offer first. If a job is sent to you, you’ll have a 10-minute exclusive window to review and accept it before it appears in the Explore tab for other eligible servers.

⚡ Maximizing Your Chances

To increase your chances of receiving job offers:

  • Keep your Primary Address in the app updated to reflect your current service location.

  • Ensure Location Services for the Proof app are set to “Always On” or “While Using the App.”

  • Enable Push Notifications and sounds so you can respond to offers quickly.
