Why don't I see any jobs in the Available Jobs tab?

You can browse available jobs using either the Map View or List View under the Explore tab in your Proof mobile app. This allows you to see serve opportunities that have not yet been claimed in your area.

Don’t worry if there are no jobs immediately available in your area — new serve requests are posted regularly as law firms submit them to the platform. Job volume can vary based on client demand in your area, so it's normal for availability to fluctuate from day to day.

When a new job becomes available, our system uses several factors — including your proximity to the serve address — to determine which server should receive the offer first. If a job is sent to you, you’ll have a 10-minute exclusive window to review and accept the offer before it becomes available to other eligible servers.
