Proof's clients require a Federal and County Criminal Record check to be performed by our secure background check partner, Peopletrail, for all of our process server partners.

Typically, we see a turnaround time of 24-48 hours. Some checks do take longer, however, based on the rules and procedures of specific states and counties.

The background check is the last step in Proof's approvals process. Please make sure to complete the Peopletrail form as soon as possible so that we can approve your account and get you started accepting available serve jobs in your area!
