With Proof, an affidavit will be generated for you after the completion of serve attempts on a job. Our Affidavit Team will upload the generated affidavit to the job, and you will receive a notification letting you know that it is available to certify. You will then be able to e-sign the affidavit within the app!

To certify an affidavit, all you need to do is click on the link that is emailed to you, or select ‘Certify Affidavit’ from the job’s drop-down menu.

Once you have confirmed that the information is correct, you will be able to preview the affidavit.

Please note, the information entered on the ‘Details’ page will populate in the bracketed sections of the affidavit once signed.

When you are ready, select the confirmation box and slide the toggle button to certify your affidavit. A copy will be emailed to you for your records.
