Proof mobile app version 11.1 introduces a redesigned job card, new address export formats for Spoke and RoadWarrior, and Court Pickup in My Jobs. It also adds lens buttons to the in-app camera and includes a set of fixes to linked jobs, attempts, and everyday performance.
🗂️ A Clearer Job Card
Job cards in My Jobs have been redesigned so the information you check most often is easier to scan and so taps land where you expect. Each of the card’s sections has its own tap target, so tapping one part no longer triggers another.
Top row
The left side shows attempts made out of your allowance. If the job is paused, it shows “Paused.” If it’s overdue, it shows “Overdue.”
The right side shows a due-date countdown, such as “Due in 2d 4h” or “Due tomorrow.” On Bulk Copy Attempts, the selection checkbox also appears here.
Tapping this section opens the Job Details screen.
Second row
The client name, pay amount, job ID, and badges, unchanged from before.
Tapping this section opens the Job Details screen.
Third row
The job address with its address-type icon, distance, and county.
Tapping the address opens it in your maps app.
If the job shares an address with other jobs, a linked jobs list appears beneath the address. It expands and collapses on its own, and each linked job can be tapped to open it.
📍 Export Addresses: Spoke & RoadWarrior
The Export Addresses screen now includes formats built for two route-planning apps: Spoke (formerly Circuit) and RoadWarrior. Files import without rearranging any columns.
The “Export as” dropdown now lists four formats, each with a short description:
CSV (General): a general-purpose spreadsheet
CSV (Spoke): for Spoke
XLSX (General): a general-purpose Excel file
XLSX (RoadWarrior): for RoadWarrior
Importing into Spoke
Importing into Spoke
Spoke has two products:
Spoke Route Planner is for solo drivers (iOS, Android, and web). Importing a spreadsheet in the app works only on Android and requires a paid plan (Lite or Standard).
Spoke Dispatch is for teams and is built around a web dashboard. It accepts spreadsheet uploads on the web and matches the columns automatically, and routes then go to drivers’ phones. It needs its own team account, separate from a Route Planner account.
What you’ll see depends on your phone:
On Android, the CSV (Spoke) description reads “Import into the Spoke Route Planner app.”
On iPhone, it reads “Upload to the Spoke Dispatch web app.” Spoke’s iPhone app doesn’t support spreadsheet uploads, even on a paid plan, so upload from the Spoke Dispatch web app. Your stops then appear in the Spoke mobile app.

Importing into RoadWarrior
RoadWarrior accepts spreadsheet uploads on its website only, on both iPhone and Android, and spreadsheet upload requires a Pro or Flex plan. Upload the XLSX (RoadWarrior) file in the RoadWarrior web app (RoadWarrior Flex), and your stops sync to the RoadWarrior app on iOS or Android.
🏛️ Court Pickup
If you work on Court Pickups, the pickups assigned to you now appear in My Jobs, in the list and on the map, next to your Serve jobs. Each pickup has its own card with its status. Use search to find one, or the new Court Pickups filter to show only pickups.
⚙️ How it works
⚙️ How it works
Pickup details
Tap a court pickup to open its details, which show:
Status, with a message about what to do next (a new pickup reads: “Call the court before heading to the pickup address to confirm the documents are ready.”)
Case information
The pickup address, with Open in Maps
Documents, including the attached Petition for reference
Marking a pickup ready
Once the court confirms the documents are ready, open the ⋮ menu and select Mark Ready for Pickup. The status badge changes to a green Ready for pickup.
Submitting the documents
Tap Submit and choose how to add the documents:
Scan documents: scan every page with your phone’s camera, and the pages are saved as one PDF.
Upload a PDF: choose a PDF that’s already on your phone.
Each submission is one PDF, up to 150 MB. You’ll see a preview before uploading. If an upload fails, the file stays selected, so you can tap Upload again without scanning again.
If a submission is rejected
If a submission is rejected, the pickup’s details show a red Rejection reason message explaining what to fix. Submit a new PDF the same way.
Notifications
You’ll receive a push and an in-app notification when a pickup is Ready for pickup and when it needs a Resubmission. Tapping either one opens that court pickup.
📸 In-App Camera Updates
Lens buttons: the camera now has lens buttons like your phone’s own camera. It starts on the widest lens your phone has (usually 0.5x or 0.7x, depending on the device), so more of the door and address fit in the frame. It remembers your last choice.
Volume buttons: pressing either volume button takes the photo, which makes one-handed shots at the door easier.
🔗 Linked Jobs Improvements
We’ve fixed a few issues in the linked job attempt flow:
Your selected recipient is kept: after editing answers, the app could forget who you picked as the person served. It now stays selected.
Entity vs. Registered Agent: someone titled “Registered Agent” who works for the business is now recorded as Entity service. Registered Agent service applies only to an outside registered agent company (like CT Corp).
Real names: when a business is served, the app asks for the name of the person who took the papers, not the company name. This applies whether the business is the primary or a secondary job.
✨ Other Improvements
Weak signal: if your connection drops briefly while you submit an attempt, the app now retries instead of failing.
Enhance keeps your notes: the Enhance button no longer replaces your own notes with generic text. Details you typed, such as “resident said the subject moved,” now stay in.
Reminders show once: the warning about a second attempt in the same time window and the service rules reminder on hybrid jobs no longer reappear after you dismiss them. Each now shows once per job, and the time-window warning shows again for each new time window.
Earnings: Job History now matches the actual outcome of a job, so an unsuccessful job no longer shows “Successful.”
Stability: fixed a crash on the iPhone map and freezes on Android.
