Proof mobile app version 10.2.0 introduces Chat Reactions in the In-Job Chat and a new Time of Service field in the attempt flow.
đŹ New: Chat Reactions
Typing out "thanks" or "got it" for every message in a job chat takes time you don't always have in the field. With this release, you can react to any message instead â long-press a message bubble, choose from five reactions (đ â đ đ and a custom "thank you" icon), and it appears as a chip below the message for everyone in the chat to see.
Reactions don't send a push notification, but unread reactions now surface right alongside unread messages â on your job cards in My Jobs and in the Action Center â so nothing gets missed before your next move. Long-press any reaction chip to see exactly who reacted.
đ New: Time of Service
Until now, an attempt was recorded with the time it was submitted â which isn't always the same as when you actually completed it. This release introduces Time of Service: a new field in the attempt flow that captures the actual time you were at the address, separate from when you submit.
It's pre-filled automatically â using your photo's timestamp when available, or the time you started the attempt if not â so in most cases there's nothing for you to do. If the time shown isn't accurate, you can tap to correct it. And if you submit an attempt more than 30 minutes after the recorded time of service, you'll be asked for a brief explanation before submitting (visible only to Proof's internal team, never to the client or law firm).
This release also makes your attempt history more useful: tapping any submitted attempt now shows the full checklist answers and physical description you recorded, so you can look back at exactly what you entered.
