π² What the In-App Scanner Does
The In-App Scanner replaces the need to manually scan and upload affidavits using external tools. When used, the app automatically reconstructs the affidavit using the high-quality, color attempt photos already attached to the job β eliminating the need to upload exhibit photos separately.
This process produces:
Clear, full-color affidavits for clients
Faster, cleaner uploads
Fewer resubmissions or errors due to poor scan quality
βοΈ How to Use the In-App Scanner
Open a job that requires a Wet Ink, Notary, or Wet Ink Notary affidavit.
Tap Upload Affidavit at the bottom of the screen.
Select Scan Document when prompted.
Follow the on-screen instructions to photograph or scan each page.
The app will display the required number of pages at the top of the screen.
Review your pages and submit once complete.
The affidavit will automatically rebuild with the corresponding color attempt photos attached.
