🗂️ New Print Order Management Screen

You can now view your active print orders for both Serve Documents and Affidavits in one place — with clear status updates and icons.

  • New Order Statuses:

    • Processing – Waiting on FedEx to confirm your order.

    • Documents/Affidavits Sent – FedEx confirmed the order, but it’s not ready yet.

    • Ready for Pickup – Your order is waiting at FedEx.

    • Completed – Order picked up. It will move to your History tab.

      • If needed, you can manually mark an order as resolved to move it out of the active tab as this automation requires FedEx office to mark your order as “picked up” in their systems.

  • New Icons:

    Distinct icons now differentiate Serve Documents from Affidavits. Serve documents will always use the documents icon, while affidavits use a signature icon as shown below:


🔔 New Print Order Notifications

You’ll now receive push notifications at key points in your print order journey:

  • Your order is confirmed by FedEx

  • Your print order is ready for pickup

  • Your order wasn’t processed successfully

⚠️ If your order fails to send to FedEx, we’ll automatically retry within 1 minute — no action needed initially.

If it still doesn’t go through, we recommend downloading and printing the documents yourself, or reaching out to your Proof Specialist for help.


🔎 New Print Order Details Screen

Every order now includes:

  • Your order number

  • The selected print location

  • An option to mark the order as resolved


📍Access Points

You can now check your print order from:

  • Push notifications and your Notification Center

  • The Settings screen via “Manage Print Orders”

  • The Job Details Page, which now includes a FedEx Print Order section
    (Tapping it opens the full order details)
